Mr. Andre Bailey
Andre Bailey is the CEO, Founder, and Artistic Director of 2.0 Dance Company LLC, bringing over 24 years of experience in dance and artistic leadership. With extensive training across multiple styles, he has developed a strong reputation for excellence, discipline, and innovation within the performing arts community. His vision for 2.0 Dance Company is rooted in creating a dynamic environment where dancers are empowered to grow both technically and personally.
As a leader, Andre oversees the artistic direction, program development, and overall operations of the organization. His ability to cultivate talent and structure high-quality training programs has allowed him to positively impact thousands of dancers throughout his career. Prior to establishing 2.0 Dance Company LLC, he served as a director for over a decade, where he successfully trained and mentored a large network of dancers.
Andre has also built meaningful connections within the dance industry, networking with recognized choreographers and directors through his creativity and commitment to the art form. These relationships continue to influence the company’s growth and exposure. His leadership reflects professionalism, vision, and a deep commitment to youth development, making him a driving force behind the organization’s success.

Administrative Assistant
Beyonce Springer
Beyonce Springer serves as the Administrative Assistant for 2.0 Dance Company LLC, where she combines strong organizational expertise with a solid foundation in dance. She began her dance training at the age of 12 under the direction of Mr. Andre Bailey and remained actively involved through her senior year of high school. Throughout her years of training, she developed a deep appreciation for discipline, teamwork, and the structure required to support successful rehearsals and performances.
In her current role, Beyonce plays a vital part in the day-to-day operations of the organization. She is responsible for coordinating communications, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring that internal processes run smoothly and efficiently. Her ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and responsive contributes to maintaining a professional and structured environment for both staff and dancers.
Beyonce’s unique background as both a former dancer and administrative professional allows her to understand the needs of the organization from multiple perspectives. Assistant Director
Terrise Grayson
Terrise Grayson serves as the Assistant Director of 2.0 Dance Company LLC, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and youth development to the organization. In her role, she works closely with executive leadership to support daily operations, assist in program coordination, and ensure that all classes, rehearsals, and events are executed with professionalism and efficiency.
Terrise is dedicated to fostering a structured and supportive environment where dancers can grow both artistically and personally. She plays a key role in guiding instructors, maintaining clear communication across staff, and upholding the company’s standards of excellence. Her ability to manage multiple responsibilities while remaining detail-oriented allows the organization to run smoothly and effectively.

Creative Director
Rochine Jefferson
Rochine Jefferson serves as the Creative Director of 2.0 Dance Company LLC, bringing over a decade of experience working alongside CEO and Founder Andre Bailey. Throughout his journey, Rochine has developed a strong foundation in dance training, coaching, and performance, allowing him to grow from an instructor into a key leadership figure within the organization.
With extensive experience as a coach, Rochine has trained dancers in technique, performance quality, and discipline, helping to shape well-rounded performers. His transition into a director role reflects his ability to not only teach but also lead, mentor, and develop both dancers and instructors. As Creative Director, he plays a critical role in designing choreography, structuring training programs, and ensuring that all instruction aligns with the company’s high standards of excellence.
Rochine is deeply committed to mentorship and professional growth, working closely with instructors to refine their teaching methods and elevate the overall quality of training within the company. His leadership style emphasizes creativity, consistency, and accountability, creating an environment where both staff and dancers can thrive. Instructor/Coach
Jahquis Davis
Jahquis Davis serves as an Instructor and Coach for 2.0 Dance Company LLC, bringing an extensive and dynamic background in dance, performance, and leadership. Known for his creativity and high-energy instruction. Jahquis has established himself as both a skilled choreographer and a respected mentor within the dance community.
He is the founder of the “Main Attraction Dance Team,” an organization he successfully launched across three HBCU institutions Morgan State University, Delaware State University, and Virginia State University where he leads and directs choreography. Through this initiative, he has trained and developed collegiate dancers, fostering discipline, performance quality, and team unity.
Jahquis has also gained national exposure through his work in the entertainment industry. He was selected as a featured cast member for Alex Warren’s live performance at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs), where he performed choreography on stage before a global televised audience. During this experience, he collaborated with professional choreographers, artists, and production teams, demonstrating precision, adaptability, and professionalism under high-pressure conditions.
At 2.0 Dance Company LLC, Jahquis is dedicated to delivering impactful training, inspiring dancers to reach their full potential, and contributing to the company’s standard of excellence through his passion, leadership, and industry experience.

Instructor/Coach
Alexis Carty
Alexis Carty serves as an Instructor and Coach for 2.0 Dance Company LLC, bringing a strong and accomplished background in dance performance and leadership. She trained under the direction of Mr. Andre Bailey from the age of 8 through 17, developing a well-rounded foundation across multiple styles of dance. Her years of training have shaped her into a dynamic and disciplined performer with exceptional technique and stage presence.
Alexis’s performance background is distinguished by her leadership as captain of her dance line for five years, where she led her team to an impressive and highly respected record. She held the title of being undefeated in Stand Battles across the tri-state area, with an outstanding record of 62 wins and only 2 losses. This achievement reflects not only her competitive excellence but also her ability to lead, motivate, and perform at the highest level.
As an instructor, Alexis is known for her powerful, creative, and unique choreography that emphasizes performance quality and precision. She is committed to developing dancers who are confident, expressive, and technically strong. Her passion for dance and dedication to excellence make her a valuable asset to 2.0 Dance Company LLC.

Jahzarrah McIntosh
Jahzarrah McIntosh serves as an Instructor and Coach for 2.0 Dance Company LLC, bringing a dynamic and extensive background in dance and performance. She began her training at the age of 7, studying Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop, and Majorette, which provided her with a strong technical foundation and versatility across multiple styles. Known for her tremendous extensions, powerful jumps, and exceptional flexibility.
Jahzarrah’s performance quality reflects years of disciplined training and dedication to her craft.
At the age of 16, she trained under the direction of Mr. Andre Bailey, where she expanded her skill set and embraced the evolving style of Majorette dance. Through her commitment and work ethic, she earned the prestigious role as the 8th Captain of her company, successfully leading her team with strength, precision, and excellence.
Transitioning into choreography, Jahzarrah has developed a reputation for creating high-energy, intricate routines that incorporate stunts, musicality, and advanced technique. Her choreography challenges dancers to strengthen their form, coordination, and mental focus while enhancing overall performance quality.
Jahzarrah is deeply committed to developing disciplined, confident, and well-rounded dancers. Her passion, leadership, and innovative approach make her a powerful force within 2.0 Dance Company LLC, inspiring the next generation to perform at their highest level.

Instructor/Coach
Mercedes Dieuveuil
Mercedes Dieuveuil is an accomplished dancer, choreographer, and emerging professional with an extensve background in multiple styles, including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Majorette. She began her formal training at Cynthia King Dance Studio in Brooklyn, New York, where she developed a strong technical foundation that launched her passion for the performing arts.
At the age of 12, Mercedes expanded her training under the direction of Mr. Andre Bailey, where she discovered her passion for Majorette. Through dedication and discipline, she rose to become the 6th Captain of her company. In this leadership role, she guided her team with creativity, vision, and a strong sense of legacy, while honoring the standards set by previous captains and elevating the team’s performance quality.
Mercedes further advanced her training as a Dance Major at Brooklyn High School of the Arts. She is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at Howard University, with an expected graduation in May 2026. Alongside her academic achievements, she has continued to grow as a choreographer, known for her unique style, innovative concepts, and ability to bring powerful visions to life.
